Livestock Assistance

Livestock Assistance

Nepal is an agricultural country, and most of the animal’s exhibit all over the country, whether it is for home purposes or business. Most of the people from rural areas of the country are in animal husbandry practices, such as cow, bee-keeping, poultry, fisheries, pig, goat, swine, and ostrich farming. The livestock systems embrace all aspects of the supply and use of livestock commodities, including the distribution and abundance of livestock, the different production systems in which they are raised, estimates of consumption and production now and in the future, the people engaged in livestock production and the benefits and impacts of keeping livestock. Shelter Ashraya Nepal believes better livestock production improves family well-being and their good economic condition. Our different livestock assistance training and aid programs benefit the Nepalese people in long term.
